Secretary- first term in 2004 took over for Paula Dixon.  Now in Second year as Secretary for 2005.

July 2003 I saw a 2002 Black Sportster at Wilwert's that had been just traded in; fell in love with it on sight.  I told my husband I wanted to buy it.  He thought I had lost my mind because I didn't even know how to drive a motorcycle.  I asked how much they wanted for it; bought it that day.  It was going to be a month or so before they were having another riders class going so, I called NICC and sent my application in over the computer.  The best thing I ever did; great class they have.  By the end of 15 hours of training; I could handle all different kinds of situations.  Took my driving test right at the college; received my certificate--DONE!  Started riding my Harley Davidson with the HOG Club members on rides; now in 2005 I feel very confident when riding with the group.  My husband still worries that I'll CRASH, and I drive him nuts when we ride together; but,  I Love my Harley Davidson Sportster and being a part of the Mighty Mississippi H.O.G. Chapter!

Treasurer- first term in 2004 took over for Jim Dixon.  Now in Second year as Treasurer for 2005.

Have been riding bikes since I was 8 years old. Raced dirt bikes with my brother for quite a few years while growing up.  Always wanted a Harley.  In 2003 after being in Dubuque for almost a year; Penny Berg came to Econofoods wanting to order food for a function at Wilwert's.  Gave me her card and said to stop by sometime.  The store was still at Nightingale Lane then, went there just to look around with my wife and see what they had.  Ended up buying that very day the 2003 Anniversary Edition of the Sportster 1200.  Great Bike!  It didn't take long that year for me to see other bikes larger that I liked.  5 months after buying the Sportster I traded it off on a Dyna Low Ryder; added lots of extra's on that; went to Sturgis, and Florida had a wonderful ride.  Now, 2005 have the 2005 Anniversary Fat Boy that I'm pictured on.  Wonderful Bike!  Thanks Wilwert's!!
